The weather in NC is always unpredictable this time of year! This week alone, we’ve had what feels like 3 different seasons in one. My go to outfits always revolve around black but my secret to looking stylish in a the cold is to throw on a statement coat.

So often, I meet stylish people who haven’t taken the same amount of care in designing their home. I love Auntie Oprah’s saying..”your home should rise up to meet when you walk in the door.” Is that how you feel when you come into your home?
I am 33 years old but I still sometimes shop in the kid's department! One of the perks of being petite is that I can still wear L or XL sized girl's clothing. Obviously, I don't want to look like an elementary schooler, but every once and a while I luck up and find something that fits me like a glove but still looks age appropriate.
